Heads are GT40P heads. I think the P stands for PITA as headers have to be custom made and spark plug angles are different, but they are supposed to be the best flowing head Ford made for passenger vehicles. Plus I think the spark plug angle makes it easier to get to the plugs. All can be removed from under the bonnet.
Compression was worked out by the engine builder that replaced the valve seats and assembled the heads and finished off the engine.
In have not tried accelerating from very low revs in top gear yet but have in 3rd.
I will try advancing the timing a little and see if likes it or not
I am using BP's ultimate 98 octane fuel.
