Nice brace of Tiger media articles coming up soon.
First out of the trap is
'Classics Monthly' March 2011 issue. 5 page feature on the restoration of STOC Soc Sec's - Dave Puzey's Tiger
Then we can look forward to a leading feature article of 7 pages in
'Classic Cars' May issue (out very late March).
A history recap that displays two splendid Tigers - a MKI and MKII with many great shots of the cars on Pevensey Beach and South Downs.
What's your favourite paint code......?

Commodore Blue !!! John's Mk11 still looks the bees knees, I remember it well from the 80's, and have many period pics of it with my first Mk 1.

Definitely will be on the look out for those mags. I think our Aussie classic cars mag needs to do another Tiger article too. Thanks for the notification.

I do like the two blues.
Mine has been all it's life, and will stay the very rare carnival red

I think Forest Green was a very popular Tiger colour back in the day Paul. The 2 cars I have owned were both green originally but I painted my mk1a Rootes Terquoise Blue Metallic!
I am trying hard to like the green and may paint my current car in it? Lots of cars out there started life as colour 86 but not any more

Graham - just to mention that Octane's web site has a short article/endorsement on the qualities of the Tiger - "Classic Choices: affordable roadsters" - you may need to register on the site to have a look but the link is below case of need:

I know it's very much "off topic" but having remembered this discussion over favourite colours, I came across this beauty on the Swiss Owners Club website;
Must say, I do like it - very retro.
