Seal Orientation

Can anyone tell me which way around this seal goes?

It's the seal that goes on the door and fits into the retaining trench.

Hi Martin,
the seal fits into the door channel with the foot of the seal and the leading edge protruding towards the door opening in the body,that way the back of the seal is against the door shell and skin.

So that's the long leg towards the outer edge of the door then?

Hello Martin,
the door seal when fitted should have the longer edge towards the car body so that the door pushes the seal lip to contact the door opening.
