TO ALL FORUM MEMBERS
Private messages between members and messages to new members from the Forum (phpBB system) addressed to HOTMAIL email users are being rejected as SPAM by HOTMAIL.
Trying to find out why. May involve upgrading this version of the Forum and/or sorting it with the ISP of the STOC website.
Will update this notice once I know.
