Team Tiger at Oulton Park Saturday 3rd October

Post by B9471845 » Wed Sep 30, 2009 9:24 am

Oulton Park in Cheshire hosts the penultimate round of the AMOC Intermarque Championship this Saturday 3rd October, with a strong Tiger turnout promised.

Jackie Cochrane will be looking to interrupt Chris Scragg's run of outright victories, with Simon James and Peter Dod not far behind, and Tristan, Andrew Yates and Paul Clayson battling for Class A honours.

Team Tiger lead the Championship but it's not in the bag yet, we still need strong finishes!

The Alpine team will return in the 50s Team race, and Austin Healeys and Ferraris provide additional races.

Come along and support Team Tiger !

Team Tiger extended their championship lead at Oulton yesterday, with a dominant win by Jackie Cochrane, who also won the Allcomers' Race. Simon James finished 5th, Andrew Yates took Class A in 7th but only 0.293s ahead of Tristan in 8th. Paul Clayson came 10th but claimed fastest lap in Class A by more than 0.5s !

Tristan leads the individual championship but Paul and Andy could still catch him!

Looks like a fabulous finale at Silverstone on Sunday 18th !

As Oulton Park is my local, it would have been rude not to snap a few pics;
