I've been looking for a good Tiger for a while now, but have a liquidity problem..... as well as a garaging one!
If there's anyone out there who would consider px'ing their Tiger for either of the following, please let me know.
a) a fully restored, matching numbers 1970 TVR Vixen S3 1700GT in it's original Light Orange with Black interior. It's agreed value is £20k, but it's for sale at £15k.
b) a 1985 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 which has just undergone a £50k+ bare shell restoration. Not one for the purists though, as it looks like a 964 (and has done since 1990), and also has a Boxster interior! The idea was that it was a classic 911 look with present day Porsche comforts, including working air conditioning.
Both cars are in Bicester / Thame area. Vixen is in storage, 911 is garaged at partner's house.

Things have moved on, but I'm still looking for a Tiger, however..... the Vixen has now been sold, and whilst the 911 is still available (and valued at £20k), it is now located in East Devon.

Still on the lookout for a Tiger that someone will exchange for a Porsche 911 - and it's now back in Buckinghamshire!

It's a very specialised swap you're wanting to do.
Why not just sell the 911 and go from there.
