Hi Stuart, welcome to the forum. You have certainly picked a selection of hard to find/expensive bits to locate.
Exhaust manifold, header tank, air filter, & bottom hose section especially tough. You may be best going with after market headers, air filter, & servo to get you going & slowly pick up parts as you go.

Welcome Stuart!

Yes, as Bob says some of the parts you are looking for are not easy to get hold of, but they are out there - so keep looking.

On the bottom rad alloy hose bypass, I hear that a specialist may be looking to have some new ones cast. They have been reproduced before now, and I know that there is a bit of a demand for them now as the originals starting to perish over the years.

Are you keeping your Tiger stock and standard, or can you use aftermarket modified parts. Such as Lockheed brake servo and alloy radiator.

Thankyou for the welcome.

I have a lot of work to do before the parts I am missing will be needed so I think its a case of waiting and keep looking.

At the moment my aim is to keep the car standard looking but will see what turns up.

As for Ali Radiators are they a big improvement or is an original radiator with a moderm better flow core fitted as good?

Following your aim to keep car looking original it's better to recore the original rad. Cooling performance is same if not better and alu just doesn't look right. No problem for a race car though but for street use no need. Just my 2 cent...

Indeed, especially as Bernd says - if you keep the engine tuned for the road. I would throw in an electric fan at the front of the rad, and you are good to go in modern traffic.

Black stock rad does look nice in the engine bay.

On the subject of a servo, I have seen modern Lockheed units which tend to be more reliable fitted under the dash which keeps it away from the heat in the engine bay.

My servo is fitted in a fake battery box under rear seat. Fuel pump in boot.
Leaves engine bay less cluttered & doesn't take up leg room in car.
