Hi Tony
Is that more important than your Xmas dinner?
What model is the Minx spindles? I Bought some off e/bay and ended up with two spindles the same as the Tiger.

Oh yes, more important than Xmas :mrgreen:

Looking for a set for a pal who was disappointed that Father Xmas didn't leave a set for him under the Xmas tree - as asked. He'd been a good boy for 'most' of the year and was so looking forward to unwrapping a set of spindles to lower his Tiger.

Any help locating set would be greatly appreciated by a long time Tiger enthusiast. :D

Worth a call?

Hi - this single was listed in Nov 14 with zero bids - might be worth a call to vendor to see if a follow up worthwhile?

Hi Tom,

This is too early a spindle for the Tiger, pic of that eBay listing for future ref;

You can see the difference in the following image, between what we need and a stock Tiger unit.

Sorry about that Chief

Aah, I see the difference. Should have paid more attention to the image...
To be fair, that early version (assuming it could mount up) would give a nice impression of rear-up nose-down hard braking as favoured by certain autocrossers - permanently! (I think I have that right now?? Higher stub, lower car...)
There's a few vehicles over here that have aftermarket spindles/stub axles available and of course popular in the hot rod scene, Mustang, Camaro etc etc - shame there hasn't appeared to have been sufficient demand in the later Alpine/Tiger world to justify tooling up for them.
Now I know what to look for, I'll keep an eye out.
Cheers and thanks for the images/clarification
Tom
