Specification:
* Modified front sub assembly from genuine Tiger
* Unit has been reinforced inside and seem welded
* Front has been powder coated in black
* Wishbones have been powder coated
* 1" competition anti-roll bar has been powder coated
* Upper and lower wishbones with 2 sets of lower wishbones with either fixed welded-in capped bottom to hold dampers or standard set with custom ali brackets to seat dampers lower down to lower your body closer to your wheels
* Position of upper wishbones has been modified to provide better acumen angle
* All fulcrum pins have been checked, bushes replaced and renewed
* Lower fulcrum pins are from Dales resto - these are a classic point of failure so are worth spending the $450 they cost
* RHD custom quick rack (3/4 turn for full lock) modified with straight ends rather than Tiger bent arms - sits slightly further forward and transforms turn in (cost £700)
* Custom alloy fixing brackets which provide rad clearance and position rack where it needs to be
* Custom billet CNC steering arms with rose jointed end instead of ball joints (cost £400)
* Upper ball joints recently renewed
* Bump stops all recently renewed - smaller ones to give you more range of movement
* Bearings in the stub axles recently renewed so ready to go
* Hubs have been machined and Morosso half inch bullet nose studs replace standard studs (another point of failure) - still fit standard wheels
* Front end is adjustable for tow in etc. unlike standard set up
* Brakes are 9 inch rotors - fully floating discs with customer bells - discs are brembos vented, drilled and grooved
* Brembo 4 pot race callipers in light weight alloy - quick replace pad feature - these callipers are what is used in Formula 3 - Hawk pads recently renewed - would work well on the road as well as track.
