Can't you repair/restore the reflectors?

Are you capable of disassembling the light and showing us what is wrong with the reflector?
You could alway get your missus to do it for you.

When his missus gets around to stripping them, we can have a look at the reflectors and see if they can be replaced with ones from lights like you have posted perhaps.
