Seems mostly intact, but it does rain in Cal so be interesting to poke around the bits the photos don't show.

Going to need some money to do it properly so maybe a tad expensive.

The floors and boot area look a bit crusty and are described as such in the Ad?

It will need a lot of time and money spending on it that's for sure, hope someone rescues it though :o
