Front cross member spacer

OK which way round does it go. Does the step up, go to the front of the car, or the rear.
I know I should have taken a pic before it all came apart, but :oops:

Hi Mal,

It's more of a caster shim than a spacer the stepped end or thick end goes to the rear... :idea:
