These guys have spent a lot of time testing ways of cooling your Tiger. Thought it might be of interest.

Cooling

Post by bigbob » Mon Apr 12, 2010 1:40 pm

I've tried some of their suggestions over the winter, with good effect so far.
Blocked off horn holes & infilled between rear of front valance & underside of rad. Fitted curved bladed pusher fan on thermostatic switch. Also replaced mechanical water pump with electric version, better flow at idle. Added 2 vents in bonnet to allow hot air out. [Purists skip this bit]. Running much cooler now, but middle of summer will tell for sure.
