The WSM says to lower the engine at the rear to enable the rear manifold bolt to be removed. This is not necessary, as the manifold can be removed by leaving the bolt in place. Just unscrew it enough to release it from the threads in the head. Then remove all the other bolts and tilt the manifold towards the left side so the bolt clears the head and slide the manifold out.

Saves a bit of time and effort.
