water pump

I need to replace my Tiger water pump. Is it possible to remove it without removing the radiator? To make things more awkward , there is not room enough to remove the fan with the radiator in situ as the pump shaft is only about 12 mm from the radiator. last time I did the job 12 years ago I did remove the radiator.
