Hi, with original visors and fittings being fairly expensive (if indeed you can find them) has anyone any experience of fitting items from either
a) other more numerous classics ,such as MGB roadster?
b) or aftermarket items such as these Perspex items http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CLASSIC-MINI- ... 6016.l4276.
Any help appreciated.

Why not get a set of reproduction sun visors.

I had mine from Sunbeam Spares.

I found a set of originals on the web some time ago. In good condition apart from colour fade.
They are out there but you need to keep looking.
