Hi guys,

Has anyone fitted mx5 seats to there tiger? If so what year was the doner mx5?

just wondered if theyd do the trick as a temporary option for the monte trip, as there will be a fair bit of mileage involved.

Yes, have MX-5 Mk1 seats (no idea what year) in mine, huge improvement in comfort for the STOC Normandy / LMC / Loire valley run.

I hear you can get them with speakers built into the headrest - very cool that!

There's a channel in the seat back foam to run the leads - they dangle underneath, awaiting acquisition and installation of a suitable audio source, but that's way down the priority list.

How much work is involved to fit mx5 seats .
