I have a new crank bearing spigot bush which measures 35mm OD and 17mm ID, 12.8 depth. Bought from Real Steel. (1.377 x 0.67 x 0.503 inches)

Can anyone please confirm this is the right size for a Tiger?

Thanks.

To my knowledge 260 and early 289 motors used the 1/2 " thick bush ( 0.5 " ) Your measurements all seem correct ie 35 x 12.7 x 17 mm bore. I removed mine using a slide hammer to which I attatched a single leg from a 3 legged puller. This was just small enough to pass through the bore and hook on to the inner face of the bearing. It came out as clean as a whistle.

Thanks. I bought the bush to get the outer dimensions to make a new bush for when I fit a T5 transmission (which has a smaller shaft).

All I need to do now is sort the speedometer drive. :?

Hi Chris,
is the T5 transmission you are using not a generic Ford T5,as you seem to be having problems with spigot brg and speedo drive.
Is it a Ford Cosworth or a Chevy unit.?

I hate to say but when I had the same problem with my old T5 [TVR] I just wound some foil tape around the end of shaft until it was a tight fit in bearing! Lasted for years with no problem.
