Engine rocker/vale cover decal - what should be on it?

I still have the original "tin" rocker/vale covers on my Tiger engine, however the decal on the left hand cover that has the engine number etc, was missing.
I managed to source a replacement from the States which is blank.
Obviously the first space is for the engine number, but what is supposed to be in the other two spaces? (model, SO number).
Also has anyone stamped numbers on one of these replacement decals, if so what's the best way without piercing the thin metal film.
Thanks
Lou.

For your machine:
Bottom left - 'Model' = C4PZ-6001-CF (Ford 260 engine assembly number)
Bottom right - 'SO Number' = SO-2632 (Believed to be Ford Special Order reference)
I've got this info somewhere but I'm just back from a several days 'Tiger Research' ahead of the wife's and my 40th wedding anniversary celebrations in northerly parts of your country!! When I find the info I'll put it in the next magazine.
Just to emphasize, this combination is not uniform to all Tigers. there are several variations, including a Rootes' sticker as well the common 'Sunbeam' sticker, several SO Numbers, and different Ford engine assembly numbers (260 + 289) etc.
Take a good look at original examples to check that you have one of the better repro blanks as there are some shoddy ones out there. As for stamping the info, also check the font and font size you see on originals. I've never heard of using a type writer for this; light use of a die is what I suggest. Have sent some examples in an email.
Anyone want to add to this?

I presume this is a shoddy one
and this is a nice one
I wonder if you can get repros in red
Looks better imo.
ETA. congrats.
Research? Pub crawl by the sounds of it.

Yep. that's the ticket Martin.
Don't know what the significance of the red sticker was. I think it was different rather than special!
I was looking recently at engine numbers and if not mistaken the highest Ford/Rootes serial number for the 260 deliveries is 7580. Since the count began at 1000 that gives us around 6580 motors for 6450 or so MKI and MK1A's built, including the 73 'African Violets'. I wonder what became of the balance of 130 engines!!

Are engines consumed shall we say by the competition dept, under waranty changed engines and engines sold by the dealer network included in those numbers?

Looks like I've got a shoddy one, will keep my eyes peeled for one of the decent ones, could use the shoddy one as target practice for the stamping!
