STEERING in tech tips

The STEERING article in Tech Tips is helping to re-assemble my steering column, but the drawing resolution is too low to make out some of the parts and read the text. Does anyone have access to the original or a higher resolution drawing? I've found the article in a few places but can't find a better version of the drawing and also can't find the name of the author. I have all of the shop and parts manuals on my computer, but some of the Tiger lower steering column drawings seem to actually be for the Alpine. The only correct drawing is in the 260 Parts Suppliments.
