Once owned by my cousin, he sold it around 1990 to someone in London
and it needed a full renovation. Just wondered if it had been completed or not.

Looks like your buyer hasn't done anything with your old Tiger since you sold it. Our Register says the owner is not a member of STOC and the DVLA say it hasn't been 'taxed' since 1980. Is/was it a resto case?
