Goodwood Revival 'TT' race

Great news... Goodwood Revival RAC Celebration 'TT' will see two LM Tigers entered this year - the regular No8 and the 'KV' ('Mule') Tiger last seen at Goodwood in 2004. Looking forward to seeing two LM Tigers side by side in the paddock again
2018 Goodwood Revival 'TT' race

Great to see that KV had a very respectable 12th place finish to this years' TT, against some very rapid opposition and professional drivers. Does anyone know why No. 8 wasn't running this year? We were spoilt last year with two Tigers in the race
Can any of our classic race aficionados advise if it's correct that KV races under the more restrictive FIA Appendix 'F' rules whereas the front running cars are running under Appendix 'K'?

The 'No.8' had an invitation but is taking a breather. Chris Beighton was race 'rusty' due to business commitments this year.
Back in 2019 for the 'TT'.... I am sure
7734 KV runs under Appendix J (Form 176 dated 11 July 1964) and is believed to be fully compliant!!
Still had the smallest capacity engine on the grid bar the Porsche 904!!
