Afternoon!

Anyone have any idea how many Tigers are expected to be racing on Saturday?

In fact the annual SUNBEAM CHALLENGE will be running on Saturday as well.

It is very much a last minute deal as AMOC had a grid cancellation. For various reasons within the AMOC camp we (STOC Team Tiger) have had immense difficulty getting a slot anywhere sensible this year; sensible meaning Midlands and below.

So when the offer of Oulton Park came in late last month we grabbed it.

I think you can add Jackie Cochrane and Simon James to B9471845's list for the Challenge....I hear the grid will have 15+ cars.

I think Tristan Bradfield can supply free entry tickets. His tel number is in Cats Whiskers.

Thank you for your replies gents! Graham, I won't bother Tristian for tickets, i'm not a club member any more so i'd rather if anyone was after one, they went to somebody in the club.

Looking forward to tomorrow though!! :D

A great event on lovely racetrack. Us germans were there and we enjoyed a lot. A pity that the Smallridge Tiger couldn't finish the races...
