Have a look at the 10th post (for a full-size filter) on the Small Oil Filter thread in Tech Tips.

A full-size filter can then be mounted upside down in the original location in front of the LH cylinder head. The TRD-1075 with vertical ports is preferable.

A flattish steel plate with 5 holes (3 for TRD-1075 and 2 to match the cylinder head) is all that is required for mounting.

The block adapter (TRD-1413) fitted with my US Tiger headers without any problems.

Thank V8 burble, I will see if I can get the parts locally. Cheers

If preferred, you can use compression fittings with stainless braided hose instead of push-on 1/2 inch NPT barbs.

Mal,

Please note that the correct part number for the remote oil filter bracket (vertical ports) using 1/2 inch NPT fittings is Trans-Dapt #1028:

Had another trial fit with the engine and headers, this side still needs two tubes altered.

This side is good.

Engine bay tidied up. Panel man said he couldn't leave the Jenson alterations like they were

Very good looking workmanship. I do like the mini valence scoop; from another vehicle or hand formed ?? Keep at it, randy 8)

Thanks guys.

Randy, the upper half of the valence scoop is Tiger. The lower from a Honda which was a very close fit to the Tigers. Came with the chin spoiler which just hides the front suspension.
The vents in the bonnet are from the same car.

How many extra mph do you get with the propellor switched on?

It's looking really good now Mal.

When your panel chap changed the brake/clutch to RHD did you have to drill any other holes beside the brake/clutch. With my Mk1 Tiger I am about to make the holes for the brake cylinder however any other holes needed for a RHD conversion would be appreciated.

It left the factory as RHD.

I just cut the holes for the clutch and brake cylinders when I converted my old lhd mk1a. If you use a mechanical throttle linkage you will need to drill a hole for that. I didnt bother as I used a cable and think it went through an existing hole but not sure as it was 15 years ago? :?
