Soft top frame

Soft top frame away being powder coated.
Trying to clean up other bits and pieces but unfortunately the some small steel screws have welded themselves into an aluminium bracket. The bracket holds the nylon U clip and mounts into the windscreen frame.
In-spite of Plus Gas, etc the screws snapped.
Can anyone advise the screw dimensions so I may tap a new thread?
