Brads Tiger
Tom,
i was thinking of a Mumford link, but the Americans seem to use a diff torque arm with good results, so if i can get my hands on one or make one i'll go that route now, in the mean time i'll refit the Panhard.
Ash,
not sure what your photo is supposed to show?
Got this far with the repair section, all suited & booted ready to weld & no gas....b*gg*r.

Watts a Mumford?
Brad - I'd say the drainage point on the sill didn't have a chance in the crud extraction wars! Is your ex Fab man privy to the photos?
I googled the Mumford link (and somehow came up with a Miley Cyrus image - what the?) and there's a vast range of configurations out there that's for sure. I'd say ground clearance and general real estate around the rear of the diff housing might present a few issues, though I have seen some radical rears in Tigers in the States in particular. I wonder what the effect on a car running a torque arm under hard braking would be? To me it seems as though they'd also act in a way that would bind and prevent from loading front, though an engineer I most certainly ain't. All depend on intended use I suppose.
Cheers and thanks again for the progress shots.
