Rae Balchin

I was very sad to hear of the sudden death of Rae Balchin who died unexpectedly on Thursday. He was a long term Tiger fan & owner who has contributed a lot to the Tiger club over the years. He is best known to the Surrey area group where in recent years he had done a fantastic job in organising the Spring break trips & Cranleigh show. A great bloke & mate who will be sorely missed.

This is sad news indeed. Too many good people passing on lately.

I was going to contact Rae about Cranleigh this week.

My condolences to his family.

Very sad to hear this. Rae was one of the first people in the club we met and made us feel very welcome and included from the start.

RAE'S FUNERAL

17 of us at last night's regular 'Reigate' meeting (Rae was a member) confirmed their intention to attend Rae's funeral on 27th July - some in Tigers. I think in all 24+ members, most with wives, will be going.

Flowers will also be sent from the Club.
