The Club has been invited into the "Wings & Wheels" Show at Dunsfold - the 'Top Gear' aerodrome over the weekend of 28th + 29th August. Dunsfold is near Cranleigh, Surrey.

Check out http://www.wingsandwheels.net/

There is a charity event in the show that allows a few Tigers to enter the Motoring Demonstration & "BLAST" up the Runway in front of the crowd. Acceptance also get's your Tiger into the inner Arena parking area.
The organisers have indicated that they will probably allow Six Tigers to run - three on Sunday & three on Monday but acceptance will be on a sort of first come first served basis. If interested, you need to complete the form in this link - http://www.sunbeamtiger.co.uk/Galleries ... rum/W1.jpg and http://www.sunbeamtiger.co.uk/Galleries ... rum/W2.jpg - and send your completed form with a SAE [9"x4"] & email an image of you Tiger to Neil Sinclair as indicated in the form .
We would suggest a Donation of say £50.00 per run should get you in, [you do get 2 free entry tickets if your application is accepted]

The Club has requested a Static Stand which will also be in the inner Arena for Six Tigers each day [The booking is for Three Tigers with driver only & Three Tigers with driver & passenger each day]. The cost of getting your Tiger onto the stand is £ 12.00 per day or £22.00 per day if you have a passenger, initially payable to the club. So send me your reservation. Email pledges @ this time will be fine but book your place with me NOW.

Any questions please email or call Graham V (I'm on my hols until July)

Now that's what you call a lens - hate it when somebody has a bigger one

Great report Bob, sounds like a great meet with some wonderful classics attending. I couldn't make it this time but I'll be definitely there for next year

Thanks Bob for the reminder of that precious moment from the paddock- Tiger'ing at its best- out of coolant, out of electricity, but never out of grins!

Nice pic from the Kipper tent  . Great meeting everyone, and big thanks for all the help keeping "666" running (we did make it home -just).

Tony. A giant ‘paparazzo’ camera lens for sure and Peter took a bunch of distant shots of the Tigers 'blasting' up the runway. I'll post some just as soon as I get em!

Sadly Peter wasn't around the tent when this Greek model strolled up to my car. But many thanks go to Del Cooper for whipping his out pronto!!

Pity the colours of the tops don't match

Dave, proof that despite no coolant or electricity your car still ran.

Good one Bob- thanks for that pic.

Of course, we'd have overtaken you on the way back to the paddock if we'd realised the sort of Greek "assets" Graham was checking out......
