Hello All

Post by Tim » Fri May 20, 2011 9:19 am

Hello! Just to introduce myself, I’m Tim and as of yesterday I am a Tiger owner. I’ll be joining your club in the next few days so hopefully I’ll be meeting some of you soon.

Whilst I’ve had many classic cars over the years this is my first Rootes Group car and my first foray into American V8 engines, so I’m afraid I will be asking for a lot of advice, most of it pretty basic stuff.

My car by the way, is a green Mk1 registration JLX 622D which I believe is well known to the club.

Welcome aboard Tim, it's great to see another Tiger enthusiast and do ask away..........

......there is certainly a "wealth" of knowledge available here

Welcome Tim!
Where are you located ?
Plenty of expertise and advice available within the club but not everyone uses the forum.
Hopefully a few Tigers will visit Mallory next Monday for the AMOC Intermarque round, if that's convenient for you?

Unfortunately not only is Mallory Park a bit of a trek for me, but I'm also working on Monday.

However I am very keen to see as many Tigers as possible at some stage so I can tell what is correct on my car and what isn't! It does need a fair bit of TLC I'm afraid.
