Tiger project found

Post by H, Sunny 65 » Sun Mar 20, 2011 5:24 pm

B0473497, After a little bit of home work, i now own this Tiger project, it was painted in the mid 90's and has been sat in this shed ever since, paint is still quite good, with a few little bubbles around boot rim, and a couple of spot's on bonnet, comes with lots of new bit's seals, stainles exhaust wiring loom, lots of new chrome, crossmember & axle fitted, both need to be removed for painting. 99% of parts to put it back together. As it is i am in two minds, one do i spend a lot of time on it, or do i just sell it? So if somone want's to make me an offer i can't refuse, i may just let it go.

Nice find Harry. What LAT option is the little wooden man and trailer :?: and I like the courtesy light lamp shade
Good luck with it. I would love to take it off your hands. But I only have a penny.
To be honest, I think I am car resto cured now.

Restoration

Hi Harry,
I am considering restoration of my own tiger. The body requires major attention. I might be interested in your vehicle if the body is in good condition and you intend to sell it. If not can you recommend any good restorers.

Where you are in the UK?

Brian Postle of Sunbeam Spares Co in Durham and Dean McGee in Nottinghamshire are both specialists and their work is excellent.

If you are in the south I am sure a club member will know someone who can help?
