Heres my small list:

1971 Austin Maxi 1750, had to start somewhere!
1975 Triumph Dolomite Sprint, wish I had kept it.
1980 Triumph TR7, very underrated and very usable, much better with a V8.
1977 Triumph 2500S.
1977 Triumph 2500 S Estate, should have kept that one.
1978 Rover SD1 3500, guess where the V8 for my TR7 came from!
1985 Rover SD1 3500, white with extra lights removed.
1967 MGB GT restoration project never started.
1985 Rover SD1 Vitesse, still got
1965 Sunbeam Tiger, still got
1958 Frogeye Sprite, just bought, next project

Plus 5 Ford KAs.

1964 Anglia 105E – even with a quoted 0-60 time of 26.9 seconds I remember bad axle tramp!
1965 Hillman Imp – first experience of a 360 degree spin on a wet roundabout. Remember not to lift off when cornering!
1959 Austin Healey Sprite – wanted a sports car! It should have been a frog eye but had front replaced with fibreglass front from a Mk2. Engine blew up, car scrapped.
1968 MG Midget – OK except for bright yellow colour. My first car with wire wheels.
1966 TR4A – seemed big and slow because it had replacement engine with single carb!
1972 Triumph Spitfire MkIV – so refined after the Midget and TR
1972 Lancia Fulvia 1.3S – fantastic engineering with 5 speed gearbox and great fun to drive
1974 Ford Escort 1300E – in metallic purple and fake wood dash!
1975 Alfa Romeo Alfasud Ti – my wife and I still think this was one of the best fun to drive cars we had. Luckily it was a rust brown colour and we kept it until it literally rusted to bits. Sold for scrap.
1980 Chrysler Alpine S – first company car and horrible, possibly worst car I’ve had
1982 ford Fiesta 1300 Ghia – best car I could get on company car scheme that wasn’t a Sierra!
1980 Lancia Beta 2000 coupe – back to private car and contrary to the reputation it was reliable and didn’t rust
1983 Ford Escort XR3i – back to the best choice from company car list!
1985 Vauxhall Cavalier GLSi – company car again. Left me stranded 4 times in 2 years and was most boring car I’ve had.
A series of short term ownerships as a result of leased cars and people leaving the company including BMW M535i, Mazda RX7, Mercedes SL 320, VW Scirocco Storm. I always volunteered to run anything interesting!
1993 Mazda MX6 – incredibly quiet and smooth V6. Good GT and room for the (small)kids.
1990 MX5 1.6 – great car kept for 20 years as a “toy” car and would still have it but not allowed 2 toy cars so had to go when the Tiger arrived
1995 Ford Escort Cosworth – what a great car to have on the company car list! Felt as fast as anything I’ve driven but only had it 6 months before pressure for a proper family car prevailed. My wife refused to drive it because it had a “stupid tea tray” on the back!
1996 Ford Mondeo Ghia V6 – OK but very thirsty
1999 BMW 330D – a great economical drivers car. My last company car
2003 Mazda RX8 – Great fun but very thirsty (petrol and oil)
2005 BMW 330Ci – Good car, a bit clinical
2009 Mini John Cooper Works (still have) – hooligan car! Made me feel 17 again!
And, of course, 1965 Tiger Mk1!

My Escort Cosi was an early one too with the big turbo and chipped. Stupid fast but didnt really enjoy as much as I thought I would. Drove like an 850 mini until the turbo cut in, Then couldnt change up unless I red lined it because the lag was massive. Great for a thrash but I couldnt drive it as an every day car. Did have fun though! Passenger comments like "I'm a mother" and "I didnt think my feet would end up on the dash board"

This thread got me thinking as well, so here's my history for what it's worth...

1972 Vauxhall Viva
1972 Spitfire Mk4, rebuilt 3 times painted orange, then black and finally metalic blue. Last engine was full balanced 1300 with twin 40s and a wild race cam...was a hoot and lasted about 6mths before melting the pistons!
198? Mini - brown and rusty
198? Chrisler Alpine - white with a huge fried egg sticker on the bonnet (don't ask!)
1980 Lancia Beta 2000 (T-top) - great car, shame about the rust
198? Fiat Mirafiori Estate with 2000TC
197? Fiat 3P
198? BMW 316
198? Renault 25 auto
196? Triumph Herald 13/60
UVA GT40 kit - never finished, body was 1" shorter than chassis!
Westfield - red 1700 x-flow narrow body
Honda Prelude 2.0 VTEC - brillant car, for front wheel drive
Westfield WEi - green, pinto 2.0
1993 Ultima Spyder - the original blue prototype in the brochures, Rover 5L race engine - it was great...until I put it through a hedge!
1999 Jaguar S-type 3.0 - not bad for a Lincoln towncar!
Westfield WEi - red pinto again, to replace the written-off ultima!
1997 Audi A6 Quattro 2.8 saloon
1965 Sunbeam Tiger Mk1 - white, 289 5-bolt just finished rebuild
200? Ford Mondeo - rubbish car
2002 Ford Transit - for new business
2000 Ford Ranger pickup - ditto
199? Audi 80 Estate - great workhorse
1996 BMW 728 - great cruiser
1959 Jaguar MkII 3.4 - still rusty and in storage
196? Triumph Herald 13/60 - "Ebay Bargain" was rusty and bent!
2008 Audi A6 3.0 TDI Quattro Le Mans edition
2002 VW Passat TDI Estate
1966 Ford Cortina Mk1 Estate - 302 HO, 5 speed, big wheels and v.loud

I think that's it
Tiger Mk1 (289)
Jag 3.4 Mk2 (rusty!)
Cortina Mk1 Estate (302)

how could I forget ....

198? Fiat X19 Bertone 2-tone - front brakes seized on the M5!
198? Porsche 944 Lux - very reliable and surprisingly quick
Tiger Mk1 (289)
Jag 3.4 Mk2 (rusty!)
Cortina Mk1 Estate (302)

And I forgot my Alfa Romeo 164 3.0 V6!
I wanted so much to love the car because the engine was a work of art and sounded fantastic. Picked it up new from the dealership and had 2 warning lights come on before I had driven 3 miles. Got it back 2 weeks later and then had no gears in a contraflow on the M25 - made me very popular! 10p bolt on the gear linkage had fallen out - probably no nut attached! And then a week later it dumped all its coolant when a hose failed and it took six weeks for a replacement. After 3 months ownership (but only about 3 weeks driving) gave up and swapped it for a colleagues 3 series BMW. car was written off 2 weeks later in a big accident when the steering failed.
