Tiger on telly
I was impressed that the Tiger was first choice!! Could have been given a bit more welly though.
Escape To the Country
Just watched it on 'iPlayer' V Mad.
Excellent to see you exercising your Tiger along the Brooklands banking. So it is a pity that our international forum members can't view iPlayer content; maybe worth trying this link http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... 10_Surrey/
Also glad to see the punter picked the Tiger for his run ahead of the Healey and MGB etc!!

Yes I thought llama trekking sounded pointless!
It was difficult driving on the banking at such low speed as I usually floor it along there when I am giving Brooklands Museumcar rides.
If I drop the clutch suddenly and get a bit of wheelspin its OK, but one day I was trying to impress a foreign visitor, and I let the clutch out more slowly. This gave time for the old axle tramp to build up, and I nearly lost the whole show. Not very impressive! But most riders love it, whether its six year old kids or grannies. And the Tiger thinks the test hill is on the level. No problem.
One other thing: the Healey could not even cope with the bumps in the track as there was not enough ground clearance. It didnt sound as good as the Tiger either. They do look nice though.
