Good interview article of Don Tarbun by Jon Pressnell in the March issue of Classic&Sportscar. Don was the Chief Development Engineer based at Stoke Road and he played a leading part in the evolution of the Tiger. I can't imagine how many test miles he and his team must have driven in those 'AF' Tigers between December 1963 and June 1964.
He does say though that his favourite Rootes vehicle was the one off Humber Sceptre fitted with Chryslers 4.4 litre V8 - "the best Q car ever on the roads of Britain".
