Sad to report long time STOC member Bob Vickers passed away last week aged 71. Bob spent his professional life in Naval and Marine engineering design and it showed in the condition of the Tigers he owned.

For those on the south coast who knew Bob. The funeral takes place on 28th January at 11.30 Wessex Vale Crematorium, Bubb Lane, West End, Southampton, Hampshire SO30 2HL

A very sad loss. I first met Bob some 12 years ago, on a drive it day, in Southampton. I was on a first trip out in my newly acquired Tiger, Bob in his Just restored after some 30 year ownership not on the road Tiger. I have MOT'd Bob's car every year since, it is as clean on the under side as it looks on top. I will miss him on the local car club run's and his annual trip to my garage for his MOT.
