Torquay this weekend

Post by marinerblueuk » Tue Apr 21, 2015 9:04 am

After a couple of weeks of dry weather and summer temperatures who has upset the weather gods? Forecast for this weekend is for rain, or heavy rain, and much cooler!
Lucky that the car park is covered.

The cars ready and roaring to go to Torquay.

Fuel pump leak - now sealed

Thermostat housing leak - now sealed

Oil changed and no leaks from the filter pipes.

Panhard rod now fitted again after fitting the Tom Hall chassis mod.

New fuel tank float - gauge now goes all the way to full instead of half way.

Lets rock and roll......

At a guess...

Apologies for diving in Lou, but I'd take a guess that it's the strengthening/realign kit for the Panhard

Not too sure of link etiquette, but there are details here Brad:

FWIW, I used Mr Hall's plate kit on my crossmember/rails mounting points.

Cheers,

Tom

Apologies chaps - didn't mean to take thread off topic.

Have a dry trip this weekend! Lou - will you be pulling the video out again for this season's trips? Enjoyed previous postings.

Cheers
Tom

Hi Brad
Plate in situ - std tube has tendancy to flex/bend/crack
Upgrade completed with longer than stock Grade 9 bolts though had to run die over shoulder to complete

Hi Guys

Just back from a superb weekend in Torquay, thanks to Rob and Sally for organising it all. 17 Tigers out to play, a great turnout.

Photo's and video to follow.

I'll post some photo's of the Tom Hall Panhard Rod modification in a separate thread in the next few days.

Lou.
