Post by nedsTiger » Mon Mar 24, 2014 9:26 pm

The ex works really tiger has been entered into Brightwells classic auction on the 14th may 2014, not much info on it at the moment.
Estimate £70,000 - 100,000

Not often you see one of these

Good to hear it's been sold to an enthusiast who plans to use it. Be nice to see out and about again :D

Not the original 64 car registered along with 311 312 293 295

Folk law has it that Rootes created a whole new replacement on the "Original Log Book" with a squared cross over bodied car?

I wonder what happened to the original round cornered car?

And i believe it was fitted with a 6 Bolt 302 last time i saw it.

Did it really sell at auction last time out? Would be interesting to know who the lucky owner is now.
