SUSSEX GT at GOODWOOD

The Sussex GT will take place at Goodwood on 11th & 12th May 2014 and is open to owners of Tigers, Mustangs, Cobras and GT40's.

At least 4 Tiger owners have registered their interest. Numbers are limited & no cost is available yet. Knowing Goodwood it wont be cheap! But heres hoping.

Since your post in Oct Bob, costs are now detailed and am sure you will agree - great value, especially with having circuit time at the infamous Goodwood.

Hardly surprising then that only a place or two left now for Tigers, be needing a 'reserve' list soon!

Good friendly bunch turning up, and wish I had managed the hillclimb in Scotland last - that sounded and looked like a 'hoot' mon.... :mrgreen:

Any one tempted to do Goodwood GT. Just seen this on Mustang forum
UNFORTUNATELY OUR CAR IS NOT GOING TO BE READY FOR THIS EVENT, SO WE ARE CONSIDERING SELLING OUR 2 PLACES ON THE EVENT WHICH IS LIMITED NUMBERS FORD V8 CARS ONLY - JACK SEARS AND SIR JOHN WHITMORE ATTENDING.

A good time was had at Goodwood last weekend. A great mix of Shelby inspired cars. Unfortunately 2 Tigers weren't ready in time & another went home on a trailer following brake failure. Rain showers rather spoilt the track day on main circuit, but there was plenty of track time & space available all day. Worth repeating.
