STOC at NEC Classic Car Show

STOC at NEC Classic Car Show - Birmingham 15-17 November 2013

Pleased to say STOC will have a 5 car stand (may be 6) at the NEC Classic Car Show next month.

The 3 Tigers that did so well in this year's Pirelli Classic Marathon Rally, coming in 2nd, 3rd and 4th (See Cats Whiskers 91);

The winner of the Club's 2012 'Best Restoration' Trophy - a top class multi year solo project!

One of Team Tiges race cars plus an underway Restoration Project with restorers on hand to demonstrate and take questions!

Looks darn promising to me!!

Thanks for the reminder, is there a discount club code for STOC members to book tickets in advance of the show?

Tony

We don't think there is one this year. The organisers have been going through a commercial upheaval and that could be the reason!

There is a discount for advance purchases and 10% off for 10 ticket plus orders.

Sat and Sun: On day £21.50. In advance: £18.50. 10+ tickets £16.35 each

Whose going and what day??

The Ad on the back cover of cats whiskers91, says use code 2013SC.
It get's you a bit off, £16.50 for day Sat or Sun.
I will be there on the Sunday.

Indeed, I have been hearing excellent feedback that Gordon, Peter, Jim and all involved have done a marvellous job. Takes a huge amount of forward thinking and planning to make such a stand an attraction to the public who have so much on offer to them. Well done!

Sadly I couldn't make it this year, would be good to see a few pics. Email me with pics if anybody needs to host them onto the forum.

Yes, the team have excelled themselves this year. With some help from the Classic Rally Association we have the 3 rally Tigers sitting in front of a great starting podium and Jim Oven's featured project restoration is stunning.

With thanks to Rob Blayney for these pics. More tom.

Excellent to hear, and well done to all the boys and girls involved :) lot of effort over a long time goes into making the stand a real success and to harness a prize for their efforts is wonderful!!!
