Not sure how accurate this is, but quite interesting: The MoT failure rates of various different cars & what they failed on. Compared to some other makes, Sunbeams seem to do quite well!

So, am annoyed when I find items on the Tiger that clearly should have failed!!

I pay my fifty odd quid as a safety check, not for the MOT tester to print money - rant over!!
