GPS tracker

Post by tigerman7347 » Sat Feb 02, 2013 7:46 pm

Has anyone fitted a GPS Tracker to their Tiger. I see on ebay you can get one for £36 to £66. Just wondered if they were any good?

Cheers Rob

I've one fitted to my everyday car and it helped to reduce the insurance premium because it is "high risk" apparently. No idea how well it works because luckily never had to use it!
I would have thought that Tigers were rare enough that it would be difficult to sell on as a complete car or even parts without questions being asked.

It is because they are rare, that parts will sell readily on E Bay that is the problem.

I have just got myself an GPS tracker off ebay for £48 delivered and I must say I think it's the dogs wotsit. I now have my car as a contact in my mobile, call it and it texts me back to let me know it's ok, and where it is. if the car moves it sends a text to let me know. So for the price, they are a must have .
