Like driving through tunnels - try the A10 Autostrada between Nice and Genoa.

Due to the topography there is precious little flat land along this stretch of coastline so you are either on a bridge or in a tunnel for almost the whole length. Numbers vary with a total of 154.5 galleria, (one straddles the border)

So if Hindhead can't cure your fix, head off to the Italian Riviera, might be an option for those doing the "Tiger 50 run to Monte Carlo" in 2014. Sunvisors or dark sunglasses required!
