STOC member Lou Lusardi is trialling a few day driving tours and he's kindly offered a free one to the Club. - Wye Valley to Monmouth.

Looks like a first rate day's drive for members within striking distance of Chepstow Castle but it is open to all STOC members.

The tour will start in Chepstow travel up the Wye Valley to a coffee stop at the Rolls of Monmouth golf club (home of Charles Rolls of Rolls-Royce).

Then over the classic South Wales mountain climbs with a stop for lunch near to the Dan yr Ogof caves. This is followed by a run over the Black Mountain and Carmarthen to finish at the Land Speed Record venue of Pendine where Sir Malcolm Campbell set the World Land Speed record in his Sunbeam based Bluebird.
