Hi All

I know some of you guys are having Drive it Day down in Swanage this year and are spending the weekend there, As I cant attend this I was going to have a go at running a small Tulip road map cruise/rally on the 22 April 2012 here in North Kent. I belong to a couple of car clubs so have opened it up to them as well. The route will be in 2 sections one of around 25 miles and the other 50 miles. Nothing to hard so if you have never done a tulip road map it would be good fun to start now.
Let me know if interested and I can give you more details

17 Tigers will start from the car park at the rear of the "Purbeck House Hotel" 91 High Street, Swanage BH19 2LZ at about 10.30. (Sunday 22nd April)
Our heading will be westward toward Portland Bill, possibly via the Bovington Tank Museum to meet up with some Devonian & Dorset Alpines and ending up for lunch at, I think, the Pulpit pub.

Well, what an amazing sight to see 15 Tigers coming out of Swanage on sunday morning. A quick about-turn found me in a position near the back to then sit in convoy to Bovington Camp & Tank museum - great view! Really enjoyed the warm welcome from all I spoke to and good to catch a couple of familiar faces in their happy team. I had a car mounted 'sports' camera set up on the way up and a snippet of footage is uploading...still (coming soon). I didn't want to post the full footage as Peter's number plate's on show. But if that's not an issue and people want to see some Tigers-out-and-about-in-2012 footage, please say here.
