This would have to be the most expensive Tiger that I have ever seen. I'd be interested to see if it sells at this price. Here is the link:

Nice car, hope they can get the money. I will spend more time, less money rebuilding my origional one owner tiger than they ever expect as a price. Removing every spec of body sealer from every crevice, show me the money.

Yeh, right on the money me thinks
I know another one for $154k so a bit cheaper and I'll throw in a factory roll toolkit for that
Seriously, I saw that listing the day it started and price then was "only" $55k, so not sure why another $100k has come from (?)
Screen grab for the benefit of others before we lose the listing;

Car was originally listed for 55K on the first day... as for most expensive tiger.. it hasnt sold, just someone asking a silly price.
Those who keep an eye for whats going around will remember the HSC "tribute" Tiger actually selling (as opposed to "asking") in the 150's last year.
As for most valauable.. any of the LM Tigers (esp the ADU racers) and any of the ex-works rally tigers with good results would be the high end.. then there is the HSC 55 Tiger and the SCF 74 Tiger in the states.. great SCCA histories and in the case of 55 built by one of "the" gun hot-rod race builders.. given the condition its in and the history.. that car would be close to LM values i'd guess.
As for silly MKII asking prices.. we have one of those down here.. and in 4 years no bites.. you wouldnt want to buy that car then run it through a TAC process... then again.. many a "tiger" has come from the previous owner/restorers garage with similar credentials..

It was the poor man's Cobra, the seller obviously thinks it's worth as much as one too.

You think you can buy a real cobra for 155K?

thats the starting price for a decent tool room copy (kirkham, olsen etc..).. which in theory makes the tiger look good value.. at least its a factory built original.
I think the guy is over reaching by along way... but perhaps he is just trying to test the market and will then contact the high bidder for the sale without having to pay the ebay sale fee.
