Just look at the depth of the dreaded "rust" it has to be a a reshell, no other way of keeping this Tiger alive.....only "Works" race cars may have been reshelled in their day, was't economical to do so for "Privateers"
It's a real pity it has been exposed to the elements for all these years.
At least the buyer will be able to do themselves a nice apple pie or two

It went for £5356. Bet the seller was pleased with that. My first complete running Tiger was £2500, how values have moved on.

Well, bit of Tiger deja vu.
It went to £5356...again. Very strange.
Anyway, hope we find out who got it and their plans.
Would make an excellent project to follow.

RHD body in the USA very unlikley. I will check with the CAT site, cannot think why anyone would go to the trouble of shipping that wreck and a pallet or 2 of parts all the way over the pond.

Right boys and girls, I've split the appropriate posts in this thread so that the relevant discussion on reshelling Tigers/Aplines/Algers can carry on via an appropriate thread.
This thread will remain for discussion on "Worst Tiger?" will be interesting to see where it finally ends up.............
