GPG 4C Ex Shaun Jackson's Modsports Cobra, my father raced against this very car back in the day....sometimes beat it too, though not often.
Nice one Gerhard, one priceless historic Cobra trashed.....it's not a McLaren you know

That first black and white shot is superb.
Is that Ozzy lurking in the background?

A great weekend - spent all 3 days there and what an RAC TT - fantastic race, especially with all that rain, and a great result for the LM Tiger - congrats to the whole team.
Sorry I misssed the meet at the pub on the Sunday morning - traffic from the west was a real pain - but the journey was worth it as always. Roll on next year.

Since they started testing engine capacities in-situ & got more serious about checking details, I believe the blatent cheating has ceased. But advances in materials & tuning mean power outputs are far higher than originally. No 8 Tiger team reckons their power is up with the best of them. Shame about the spin on Sunday [thankfully hitting nothing], great result in the end.

TV Coverage
If you are quick you can catch the 'Goodwood Revival' TV programme on ITV4
http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Filter=276686 Once you get through pantomime bits the racing is covered well enough. Chris Beighton driving the Tiger gets a commentators commendation but it is a pity the director didn't cover Patrick Watts at all - in the torrential rain of the later stages he was reeling in everyone.
May not be viewable if outside the UK.

I saw a program on the Goodwood Revival this afternoon on one of our local TV channels. Had some great footage of the Lister Tiger. Was this years race very wet?

Thanks Graham, it is a great shot but I didn't realise the race was run at night.

Conditions I understand towards the end of the day were very poor, with heavy showers coming in and you can see from the pic the poor lighting with the heavy cloud cover coming in. But, what I can see best in the shot is the photographer's use of under exposing the image (probably using a smaller aperture to keep the focusing, otherwise you'd get too much motion blur) as this also has the effect in increasing the impact of the headlights. The resulting pic also makes the surroundings look darker than it actually was
Composition is, in my opinion, perfect. Very envious, it's a great shot indeed.
If we could find the original shot, that'll blow up great as a piece of club regalia.

Excellent pictures - and as I recall it WAS that dark when the heavens opened during the race - made for a very entertaining race - and an excellent result for the Le Mans Tiger
