Hi Tony
Is that more important than your Xmas dinner?
What model is the Minx spindles? I Bought some off e/bay and ended up with two spindles the same as the Tiger.

Why was the number 11 Tiger so slow on the track, I took a lot of stick from a few of my mate's over the fact that even the Mini marcus was seting quicker lap times. It was a little embarrassing to say the least.

Late night in garage, car is now fixed. All ready for Tiger 50. It may well have been my spin, in the wet at Goodwood in the afternoon after you had all left Tony that caused the the start of the problem. But i did have the track to my self for a good twenty laps, so looks like i paid the price. See...

My car came back from the Classic on the back of an AA truck. Not how i would of liked. One of the lower fulcrum mounting bolts sheared. I limped to the ferry, so only had to use uk recovery. I am doing every thing i can to get it fixed in time, but may have to finish it Saturday morning, can you gi...

Hi Lou I have the 360 adapter fitted with headers, I had a machine shop take 3mm off the face of the adapter and then machine a new slot for the "O" ring to sit in. You will have to loosen the headers to get it into position. There is also a hyper hose company near me if you cant find one local to m...

Hi Rob
I have got one. I will try to find it over the weekend. It was set up for a standard 260 Tiger and was working fine, when I removed it. So should still be OK.
I will let you know once I have found it.

No the Alfa Brembo caliper is 100mm between centre's for mounting bolt's. Where the Peugeot brembo's are 85mm same as all early Girling caliper's. Willwood do a kit for the tiger, part number 140-11743 it includes hub's. I was quoted £900.00 + vat http://www.wilwood.com/Pdf/howtostories/Sunbeam_Tige...

Plenty of free APP's for smart phones, out there to measure db's. I have a couple on my phone, not measured my Tiger noise yet, but may fire it up to over the weekend to see what noise it makes. Wire wool in a coke can with holes over end and j/clip to end of pipes works for noise reduction. .[that ...

A Pertronix conversion is the way to go. An easy fix and no more points or condensor. I have had one on my car for about five years now, just trouble free.
I am sure that you can get one from Sunbeam spares.

T 5 gear box

I have been offered a T 5 gear box from a rwd sierra cosworth. Can any one tell me what is required to fit it to a 5bolt block Tiger? The leaver looks like it may be a bit to far back, so is this box an option?
Thanks Harry
