clutch slave cylinder
Its a straight forward job to change the seals. Worth checking the bore for scoring at the same time. If you use headers its worth putting some heat shielding around slave cylinder, as it gets very hot.

Nice footage. Are you sure you didn't forget to release the handbrake though?

Speak to Dean , I think he stroked a 351 to 427 & fitted it by modifiying the engine mounting brakets. Coupled to a Tremec 6 speed ,its a quick car.

Looks interesting. I wonder if it would work with a supercharger? It might solve the problems that I have trying to calibrate a blow-thro carb.

Nit sure about storing a carb, but would love to know more about the EFI you're fitting. Is it a proper kit or an e-bay bitzer?

I too had a blow out a couple of years ago coming back from Le-Mans, luckly without causing a problem. It turned out that my tyres were old, but it was the valve stem that split due to having perished with age. So make sure when you change your tyres that the fitter puts in new valves.

servo
Excess vacum in my 302 isn't the problem. Not sure what happens when my supercharger causes positive pressure rather than vacum in the manifold. Assume a one-way valve cures that. Gary.. you may have a Chinese "lockheed "servo that I'm hearing about.

Its single circuit with standard bore master cylinder. I did have a smaller bore MC [until it leaked] which gave more travel & lighter feel, but still not good. Have recently switched to standard mintex pads which have helped a bit. A 2.3 -1 ratio has been recommended for a good feel. Advised that c...

I have the Brembo vented disc conversion on my Tiger. Currently running without a servo. As I'm getting old & don't like feel of brakes.. too much effort, I'm planning to put a servo back in, in the passenger footwell. [no room under bonnet] Any suggestions as to what ratio servo to go for. They see...

If you are on google it translates into English.
I like a Club whose members drive in the rain with tops down! Some nice looking cars there.

Hi Simon, Nice to meet you waiting at the harbour in Portsmouth. If you are still after a standard Tiger, I hear that a member near Gatwick is looking to sell his red Tiger, after 30 years of ownership. Totally original, in good condition but with Wolfrace wheels. I think he wants about £24,000.
