No way to get the pins out in situ. It's at least a hinge off job if you do it sequentially. Even with hinges off it's extremely difficult to get the pins out. The new format is really nice plus the binding appears even more professional now.

By the way is the club planing to offer new binders as well ? Still have a few A5 ones but apparently not useable anymore...

Graham, that's definitely a great idea . In 2018 we'll have our annual MTG @ CzechRepublik while for 2019 vague plan was to meet @ Ruegen (North East german coast) . We may have chance to shift that to 2020 though in favour of your idea though. Let' s discuss further on the show. Good to see you guy...

Not that I'm aware of. Talked to the Koni guys but they informed me that Rick in US has the absolute Monopol to get them made in smaller batches. From time to time he had them available. Not sure about the current status though. Another option would be to get decent used pairs and have them rebuilt ...

Graham, that's one of the reasons I have quitted my Practical Classics Abo. I was registered for years but ultimately got annoyed by by the countless MG / BL and badly increasing Youngtimer stories. Looks like my decision was correct..?
