Ah, I didn't know that back issues were available.
In that case, as you say, revenue would be lost.

Cats Whiskers Online?

I wondered if it would be possible to have full online access to back issues of The Cats Whiskers for club members. Another club I am a member of do this and it is great to read the old articles and all of the technical tips etc. With myself and many others being relative noobs, we won't get the cha...

Underseal / Protection From The Elements

Hi there. I was wondering what products people use to protect the underneath of their cars from the elements. I was intending to POR any areas of rust I found (except the holes ofcourse  ) and then topcoat the whole underside with Dinitrol Metallic and Dinitrol Stone Chip in the exposed areas a...

It doesn't look good Bob.

This is copied from their FAQ section.

5. Can I use a turbo or supercharger with the EZ-EFI®?

No. The MAP sensor and tables in the firmware are only rated and scaled to 1 bar for normally aspirated applications.

Re: carbs

Nit sure about storing a carb, but would love to know more about the EFI you're fitting. Is it a proper kit or an e-bay bitzer? Me too. Sounds interesting. Is this a bid for better mpg? As far as storing the carb is concerned, I would imagine that sticking it in a sealable plastic bag with an oily ...

Ah, I think I see.
I thought what was meant by a one or two piece dash was if the bottom foam trim was permanently attached or not.

Silly me.

Sorry for resurrecting this after such a long time, but what is a one piece dash and two piece dash.
Can someone explain please?

Thanks.

Ah, I see now, thanks.

I've just realised that it must be an absolute nightmare getting to "that" sparkplug on a left hooker.

I just had a look at this Chinese Tiger. :D It's probably the only rally car I've seen with an ashtray. It was obviously a more leisurely sport back then. :D Also, am I terribly confused or is the throttle pedal on the wrong side? As for the price...... I need to find some racing hist...

Problem solved (hopefully). The local paint place have mixed me up a special blend that matches. Apparently, they are not big fans of scanning paint as they reckon it isn't precise enough for them, so some poor sod sat and created a recipe for me. Phew! While I'm here, does anyone know what these ho...

Very interesting post.
After reading this I went into the garage to check the tyres on mine.
The 4 on the car are 2005 vintage, so not too bad.
The code on the spare on the other hand.........2092.
Shame really. It's never been used.

Don't forget to check those spare wheels people.

Hi Robin.
I meant the MK1 steel covers for the soft top when it's down.
I left one of the smaller side ones with them.

Cheers mate.

Hi Robin,
Yes, it's for touching up a few areas here and there.

I'm probably quite mad but I've left one of the bins with them to get a colour match for me.

Only time will tell.

Cheers, Martin.
